‘The Windsor Annex’ is a concept by Elwood and a collaboration with The Studio of Hecker Guthrie. Together the two studios’ brought to life a new direction for the Elwood brand, designing a space which is an extension to the Elwood tailoring concept. The space has a strong attention to detail yet a certain honesty to it. Structures within the space “showcase how things go together” and create rooms within rooms.

The materiality such as canvas, rope and pegboard is decidedly male - with one of the driving forces being to create a space where men can gather and spend time. Custom lighting by Volker Haug, furniture by Henry Wilson and rugs woven with denim, all contribute to making the Windsor Annex a relaxed almost domestic space where man time is encouraged. The Windsor Annex will showcase a crated selection of men's goods – to complement the clothing offer.
