Sensory Lab takes you back to the way the department store experience used to be – where the location you had your cup of coffee was as important as the shopping trip itself. The crafted, somewhat Belgian interior boasts Georgian wire glass, bespoke metal work and seating groups for one, with mirror, hook, lamp and bench. A place for one to hang his parcels, regroup and enjoy the raw food offering that complements the interior space beautifully.
